At any point in the day, I’m totally down for baking. Whether it’s Blueberry Tea Infused Pots de Creme or AIP Grapefruit and Blueberry Linzer Cookies, I’m down for the multi-step, time consuming process of baking up the perfect treat.
Cooking on the other hand… that’s a different story.
If you follow me on Instagram and see me posting an image of a well plated dish, or a big bowl of leftovers along side a morning cup of coffee, well… I probably made the coffee, and James is to thank for the rest. While I can cook, I just don’t really love to partake in the act.
