Teriyaki Spaghetti Squash Recipe - dairy free, gluten free, paleo

At any point in the day, I'm totally down for baking. Whether it's Blueberry Tea Infused Pots de Creme or AIP Grapefruit and Blueberry Linzer Cookies, I'm down for the multi-step, time consuming process of baking up the perfect treat.

Cooking on the other hand… that's a different story.

If you follow me on Instagram and see me posting an image of a well plated dish, or a big bowl of leftovers along side a morning cup of coffee, well… I probably made the coffee, and James is to thank for the rest. While I can cook, I just don't really love to partake in the act.

So, when planning this recipe to share on Savory Lotus, I sought out to create a dish that was:

  1. enticing enough to be loved by everyone.
  2. simple enough to made by those who “don't cook”.
  3. going to get better with a bit of age – in other words, it's better as leftovers then it was the day you cooked it!
  4. Body By Butter approved (my free 7 day detox).

This recipe touches all the senses, even the hard to reach umami ones. Don't miss it!
