  • 2 pounds grass fed ground beef
  • 1 1/4 cup Nomato Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • sea salt to taste


  1. Saute onions in coconut oil and sea salt over medium-low heat.
  2. Add beef to skillet with onions and cook through.
  3. Add Nomato Sauce (here's the recipe I use), maple syrup, and coconut aminos.
  4. Enjoy in a bowl with avocado and cilantro, or on a Sweet Potato Bun (recipe below) with arugula and zucchini cheese on top.
