These fruit infused water recipes are so easy and effective! They help support healthy detox function and taste delicious and refreshing.

Ingredients

Blueberry Basil 

  • 3 Tbsp fresh blueberries
  • 3 leaves fresh basil
  • 14 oz filtered water

Cherry Lime

  • 3 Tbsp fresh cherries
  • 1/2 fresh lime
  • 14 oz filtered water

Cantaloupe Mint

  • 1/4 cup fresh cantaloupe
  • 3 leaves fresh mint
  • 14 oz filtered water

Cucumber Lemon

  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 fresh lemon (I love using meyer lemon)
  • 14 oz filtered water

Instructions

Blueberry Basil

Combine the ingredients with the water in a glass container, and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the water to infuse.  For more flavor, you can muddle the berries.

Cherry Lime

Slice the lime. Combine the ingredients with the water in a glass container, and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the water to infuse.  For more flavor, you can slice or muddle the cherries.

Cantaloupe Mint

Chop cantaloupe. Combine the ingredients with the water in a glass container, and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the water to infuse.  For more flavor, you can muddle the mint.

Cucumber Lemon

Slice cucumbers and lemon. Add ingredients to water in a glass container, and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, to allow the water to infuse.
