How to Follow A Candida Diet

I think it's important to mention before anything else, that I had a MAJOR pregnancy brain moment at the beginning of this podcast. I'm so embarrassed! You'll hear me say at the very beginning, “Candida is a bacteria.”

While it may disrupt the bacterial imbalance of your gut, it most definitely is not a bacteria, and instead is a fungus. Throughout the remainder of the podcast, I talk about it being a fungus and a yeast, which is accurate. Please, fast forward over my initial statement! If you don't, you're welcome to blame my slip up on the baby. 😉

That being said, this podcast is all about candida: what it is, how to identify it, and how to follow a candida diet.

All about candida, plus how to follow a candida diet
