This Golden Turmeric Paste recipe is easy, versatile, and ideal for meal prep that will reduce inflammation, soothe your gut, and detox your body. Make it ahead of time to make your morning Golden Milk Latte or Turmeric Coffee making a breeze!
- 4 Tbsp ground turmeric
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground black pepper (omit for AIP)
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (omit for AIP)
1/8 tsp ground clove (omit for AIP)
3 Tbsp hot water
3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- Mix all spices in a bowl and stir. Add hot water and melted coconut oil and stir to combine.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for 3-4 months.
AIP modifications: omit black pepper, nutmeg, and clove.
